CIPPDESIGN is a custom MS Excel application. Navigating, entering, saving and printing all follow the familiar Excel interface. Copy and rename CIPPDESIGN just like any other Excel workbook making it easy to keep the project design in the project file.

CIPP WET-OUT AND INSTALLATION TOOLS

CIPPWET-OUT: Provides all the key information for wet-out. Custom tailored for specific tubes and resins. Calculates resin volume and weight, turn-back length, overall tube length, weight of catalyst required by drum or total for tube. Handles both filled and unfilled resins. Provides resin use analysis after wet-out (too much, not enough). Setting for F1216 Excess Resin requirement.

CIPPINSTALL: Provides all the key information for installing and curing. Custom tailored for specific tubes. Calculates inversion heads, water volumes, boiler pump flow rates, layflat sizing and provides estimate of hours to reach temperature based on boiler size, type of existing pipe and ground conditions, Provides log for recording field inversion and cure parameters (heads, flows, temperatures and times).
